Outstanding guarantees cover the policyholders' financial obligations pursuant to the contract. Following an individual assessment, all guarantees are issued without additional security. The company has full recourse against the individual companies.
No provisions have been made for non-performing guarantees and no expenses were incurred during the financial year.
Guarantee agreements are made on market terms.
Leases with related parties
Transactions with related parties also comprise rental income as premises are being let to a member of the board on market terms.

Members of the Supervisory Board of TrygVesta A/S do not receive bonuses and are not participants in any severance plans.
The Group Executive Management has a bonus scheme for up to 3 months’ salary (four months' for the Group CEO) and participate ind the share option programme as mentioned in Corporate governance. Other than that, there are no incentive plans for the Supervisory Board and Group Executive Management.
If a member of the Group Executive Management is given notice of termination by TrygVesta and such termination is not due to breach on the part of the member of the Group Executive Management, such member is entitled to cash severance pay equal to 12 to 18 months’ fixed salary inclusive of pension contribution and taxed benefits. Severance pay is paid at expiry of the period of notice.
Members of the Group Executive Management can raise no further claims in this respect, including claims for compensation pursuant to sections 2a and/or 2b
Salaried Employees Act, as such claims are included in the severance pay.
